Uncharted Influencer Agency manages hundreds of creators who together generate millions in campaign revenue, and for years the entire operation ran out of one Google Sheet. The problem is that influencer data never sits still. Follower counts move, average views shift, and contact details go stale. The team wanted to keep the sheet as their source of truth, so we met them where they were. The first phase was a set of automations that update the sheet directly through APIs, with AI enrichment layered on top to capture the qualitative side of each creator. From there we built a dashboard that syncs with the sheet automatically, vectorizes the roster, and runs an AI matching system that suggests the best creators for any campaign brief.

The team trusted their spreadsheet and wanted to keep it, so the first phase worked entirely inside it. Scheduled jobs pull fresh follower counts and average views through platform APIs and write them straight back into the sheet, keeping hundreds of rows current without anyone touching a cell.

Raw numbers only tell half the story. An AI pipeline reviews each creator and adds qualitative context like content style and niche fit, and it also reads the contact details in their bio to judge which email is actually the right one to reach them at.

The dashboard syncs automatically with the Google Sheet, which stays the source of truth. Hundreds of creators become a searchable directory with tiers, niches, audience breakdowns, and rates, refreshed every night with no manual data entry.

The whole roster is vectorized so the platform can run retrieval over it. Drop in a campaign brief and the matching system ranks the creators that fit best, each with a transparent score breakdown across audience, average views, tier, rates, and content fit.
